The Constitutional Court of Turkey (“CC”) delivered its decision dated 3 June 2025, numbered 2024/157 E., 2025/121 K. (“Decision”), striking down Article 3, paragraph 15 of the Labour Courts Law No. 7036 and introducing a critical change in reinstatement mediation.

With the Regulation Amending the Organized Industrial Zones Implementation (“OIZ”) Regulation (“Amendment Regulation”) published in the Official Gazette dated 17 October 2025 and numbered 33050, a Provisional Article 13 has been added to the Organized Industrial Zones Implementation Regulation (“Regulation”) which was published in the Official Gazette dated 2 February 2019 and numbered 30674.

The “Regulation Amending the Regulation on Private Health Insurance,” published in the Official Gazette dated 20 October 2025 and numbered 33053, (the “Amendment Regulation”) aims to align the provisions governing the processing and protection of personal health data with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“LPPD”) and to strengthen data protection standards within the insurance sector.
