We provide ongoing advisory support on labor legislation, social security, occupational health and safety, equal treatment, employee benefits and termination-related obligations.

Our team represents clients in employment litigation and mediation, including re-employment claims, wrongful termination and employee receivables disputes. We also advise on collective dismissals and represent clients in union negotiations, collective bargaining processes and disputes arising from collective agreements, including strike and lockout matters.
