New Regulation on Administrative Fines for Anti-Competitive Practices

New Fines in Electronic Commerce
The new administrative fines provided under Article 12 of the Law on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce are published. Based on an increase of 43.93% (which was determined as the re-evaluation rate for the year 2024 in the General Communiqué on Tax Procedure Law (No: 574)), the lower limit of the fines to be applied in 2025 was determined as TL 22,807 and the upper limit as TL 1.14 billion.
