Bilgi Teknolojileri ve İletişim Kurulu (“BTK”) tarafından yayımlanmış olan : 2025/DK-YED/399 nolu Karar ve 2025/DK-YED/412 nolu Karar (“Kararlar”) 1 Nisan 2026 bugün itibair ile yürürlüğe girdi.

On 28 March 2025, the following were published in the Official Gazette numbered 32855: (i) The Regulation on Amendments to the Regulation on Payment Services and Electronic Money Issuance and Payment Services Providers (Regulation), and (ii) The Communiqué on Amendments to the Communiqué on the Information Systems of Payment and Electronic Money Institutions and the Data Sharing in the Field of Payment Services by Payment Service Providers (Communiqué).
