In the Official Gazette No. 33027, dated 24 September 2025, the Regulation on Amendments to the Settlement Regulation on Administrative Fines Imposed under the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers (the “Regulation”) was published. The Settlement Regulation regulates the settlement mechanism for administrative fines imposed under the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers.

24 Eylül 2025 tarihli ve 33027 sayılı Resmî Gazete’de, 6502 sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun kapsamında uygulanan idari para cezalarına ilişkin uzlaşma mekanizmasını düzenleyen, 6502 Sayılı Tüketicinin Korunması Hakkında Kanun Kapsamında Uygulanan İdari Para Cezalarına İlişkin Uzlaşma Yönetmeliği’nde Değişiklik Yapılmasına Dair Yönetmelik (“Yönetmelik”) yayımlandı.

The Regulation on Direct Sales (“Regulation”) was published in the Official Gazette dated 08.08.2025, and numbered 32980, and entered into force except for the following provisions which will become effective on 01.01.2026: (i) the total amount of commissions, premiums, and similar benefits provided by the direct sales company to direct sellers, excluding retail sales profit, shall not exceed fifty percent of the company's annual net sales of goods or services subject to direct sales
