On May 24, 2025, the Regulation Amending the Distance Contracts Regulation (“Regulation”), prepared by the Ministry of Trade, was published in the Official Gazette numbered 32909. This Regulation introduces amendments concerning notice obligations, the right of withdrawal (right of rescission), and return costs.

24.05.2025 tarihli ve 32909 sayılı Resmî Gazete’de, Ticaret Bakanlığı tarafından hazırlanan Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliğinde Değişiklik Yapılmasına Dair Yönetmelik (“Yönetmelik”) yayımlanmıştır. Bu Yönetmelik ile ön bilgilendirme yükümlülükleri, cayma hakkı ve iade masrafları ile ilgili değişiklikler yapılmıştır.
