Galya specializes in all aspects of mergers and acquisitions and corporate transactions. She has extensive experience in commercial law as well as international business and capital markets transactions.

Galya’s areas of expertise are insurance law, company, license and distribution agreements, capital markets law and data protection matters. She provides legal consultancy services to international clients related to joint ventures, foreign investments, company, branch and liaison office incorporation in Turkey, and corporate law matters.

She has worked on major M&A projects across various sectors including retail, insurance, chemical, industrial and pharmaceuticals and has experience in due diligence, drafting and negotiating Share Purchase Agreements, Shareholders Agreements and Joint Venture Agreements.
