A.Deniz Altınay

Leaving behind 30 years in the market, Ms. Altınay has an extensive experience in a range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, privatizations, joint ventures, strategic alliance, capital markets transactions and public offerings. She also has significant experience in advising companies in connection with Turkish Commercial law and contracts, international arbitration, public procurement and ESG compliance.

Ms. Altinay represents and advises a large number of international and local corporate clientele on various aspects of Turkish commercial and contracts law in various cross border transactions and provides on-going legal consultancy to various reputable local and international clients.

She worked as part time lecturer of business law courses at Boğaziçi University and Koç University.

She participated at the workshops and working groups of TUSIAD (Turkish Businessmen and Industrialist Association) for the preparation of draft laws and regulations in capital markets and commercial law areas.

Deniz Altınay has been with Pekin Bayar Mizrahi since 1994.
