The Regulation Amending the Regulation on Price Tags (the “Regulation”), published in the Official Gazette dated 11 October 2025 and numbered 33044, introduced several amendments to the Regulation on Price Tags, marking significant steps towards enhancing transparency and accessibility in commercial life through digitalization.

In the Official Gazette No. 33027, dated 24 September 2025, the Regulation on Amendments to the Settlement Regulation on Administrative Fines Imposed under the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers (the “Regulation”) was published. The Settlement Regulation regulates the settlement mechanism for administrative fines imposed under the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers.
