Sertac is a senior and equity partner and has more than 17 years of experience as an Istanbul-qualified lawyer advising local and international clients. Sertaç has a multi-disciplinary background, including mergers and acquisitions, employment and compliance.  Sertaç’s experience in these fields allows him to have a firm grasp of numerous layers of an M&A transaction. This comes in handy for clients, especially during the negotiation and the closing phases. In addition to his M&A and PE experience, he has a profound knowledge about white collar crime & investigation, collective bargaining agreements, redundancy processes and stock options. His industry experience covers gaming, startups, technology, heavy industry, energy, retail, healthcare, agriculture, automotive and real estate sectors.
