We assist both corporate entities and individual executives during all stages of criminal proceedings, including investigations and pre-trial defense, representation before criminal courts, appeals, and compliance with enforcement actions. We advise clients on criminal risks in business operations, conduct internal investigations, and assist in drafting criminal complaints or defense statements.
