Updates to the Crowdfunding Information Forms
Pursuant to the Capital Markets Board’s (“Board“) Decision dated 23 December 2025 and numbered 66/2366, regulations have been adopted regarding the information forms used within the scope of the Crowdfunding Communiqué numbered III-35/A.2 (“Communiqué“).
Under the Communiqué:
- “Equity-Based Crowdfunding Information Form (Entrepreneur)” and
- “Equity-Based Crowdfunding Information Form (Venture Company)”
have been updated.
In addition:
- “Debt-Based Crowdfunding Information Form (Entrepreneur)” and
- “Debt-Based Crowdfunding Information Form (Venture Company)”
have been published.
The standards regarding the information forms to be announced on the campaign page for the purpose of raising the funds required by the entrepreneur or venture company have been set out at https://spk.gov.tr/sirketler/kitle-fonlama-platformlari/bilgi-formlari.
The information forms announced on the campaign page for the purpose of raising the funds required by the entrepreneur or venture company must be prepared in accordance with the standards published by the Board.
