The CMB has issued, for public comment, the draft templates of the information forms that are mandatory under the crowdfunding regulations

The Communiqué on Crowdfunding No. III-35/A.2 (Communiqué), which entered into force on 27 October 2021, mandates the completion of an information form by the entrepreneur or venture company. This form, which is prepared for the purpose of raising the funds required for the project and announced on the campaign page, must adhere to the standards to be determined by the Capital Markets Board (CMB).

Pursuant to Article 35/A(2) of the Capital Markets Law, the principles and procedures regarding the establishment of crowdfunding platforms, their partners, share transfers, employees, the maximum limit of funds that can be invested by each fund provider or collected by project owners and venture companies, and other principles and procedures that they must comply with during their activities, as well as the control and supervision of the use of the collected funds, are determined by the CMB.

Pursuant to such authority, on 31 May 2025, the CMB published the following draft information form templates on its official website and made them available for public comment until 14 June 2025:

• Draft Information Form for Equity-Based Crowdfunding for Entrepreneurs
• Draft Information Form for Equity-Based Crowdfunding for Venture Companies
• Draft Information Form for Debt-Based Crowdfunding for Entrepreneurs
• Draft Information Form for Debt-Based Crowdfunding for Venture Companies
