Emine Bıçakcı

Emine Bıçakcı is a Legal Intern at Pekin Bayar Mizrahi, specializing in cross-border dispute resolution. She provides legal support to both local and international clients across complex arbitration proceedings under ICC, LCIA, UNCITRAL, and ISTAC rules, as well as commercial litigation and arbitration-related court proceedings in Turkey.

Prior to joining Pekin Bayar Mizrahi, Emine gained extensive experience at top-tier international and Turkish law firms and a London-based litigation funder. She represented Galatasaray University in the 16th Frankfurt Investment Arbitration Moot Court, securing 1st place internationally. Emine holds an LL.B. from Galatasaray University and is currently pursuing her LL.M. on a full scholarship at Koç University. She also completed the SUSI Student Leaders Program at the University of Washington as a U.S. Department of State scholar. Emine has been with Pekin Bayar Mizrahi since 2026.
